Welcome to AKY Rewards: Casual Mini Games ("Application", "Service", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the AKY Rewards mobile application (Package Name: com.akyrewards.app). By downloading, accessing, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to access and use AKY Rewards. By creating an account or using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years or older and possess the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Security
- You may authenticate your account via Google Sign-In or continue via Guest access.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.
- One Account Per Device: Each physical mobile device is strictly limited to one active user account. Creating multiple duplicate accounts on the same device is strictly prohibited.
3. Virtual Points and In-App Cosmetics System
AKY Rewards offers virtual coins and XP solely as in-game scoring, progression metrics, and achievement indicators for playing casual mini-games, participating in daily challenges, spinning the lucky wheel, and viewing voluntary video advertisements.
- Nature of Coins: In-app Coins and XP are strictly virtual game items and progression metrics designed for entertainment. They exist solely within the application environment to track achievements and player milestones.
- Non-Transferable: Virtual points cannot be transferred, sold, gifted, or traded between accounts, and have no applicability or function outside the application.
- In-App Cosmetics Only: Virtual coins are used exclusively within the application to unlock virtual cosmetic items, such as avatar frames, profile badges, banners, themes, and in-game features.
4. Strict Fair Play and Anti-Fraud Rules
⚠️ Zero Tolerance for Abuse: To protect honest players and advertisers, we strictly prohibit fraudulent activities. Any violation will result in immediate and permanent account disqualification without prior warning.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Automated Scripts and Bots: Using auto-clickers, macro bots, memory injectors, modded APKs, or any third-party automation tools.
- Emulator and Multi-Instance Abuse: Running the application on rooted emulators or cloned environments designed to bypass device verification limits.
- Referral Fraud: Using self-referrals, fake accounts, or device ID spoofing to gain illegitimate referral rewards. Our system enforces a strict One Referral Claim per Physical Device policy.
- Ad Manipulation: Exploiting ad delivery mechanisms, manipulating click traffic, or blocking ad verification callbacks.
5. Advertisements and Third-Party SDKs
AKY Rewards is supported by advertisements served through certified advertising networks, including Google AdMob and Unity Ads. Watching video ads to gain bonus spins or game attempts is voluntary. We do not endorse third-party products advertised within third-party ad banners.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, original artwork, branding, UI designs, code, audio, and logos related to AKY Rewards are the exclusive property of AKY Rewards and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, reset, or permanently terminate your account and forfeit any virtual points or cosmetic unlocks if you are found violating these Terms, engaging in unfair play, or attempting system exploitation.
8. User-Initiated Account Deletion
You can terminate your agreement and permanently delete your account at any time through the in-app menu (Profile > Settings > Delete Account) or by contacting support at AkyRewards@gmail.com.
9. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer
AKY Rewards is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. In no event shall AKY Rewards be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the application.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
