Welcome to AKY Rewards: Casual Mini Games ("we", "our", or "us"). AKY Rewards is a 100% free-to-play casual gaming and virtual progression application providing interactive mini-games, missions, streaks, leaderboards, and profile customization. We are deeply committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information remains safe, transparent, and confidential.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you install and use our Android mobile application (Package Name: com.akyrewards.app).

1. Information We Collect

We only collect information strictly necessary to provide seamless gameplay, maintain fair leaderboards, prevent fraudulent abuse, and synchronize player progression across sessions:

• Google Account Information: When you sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive your name, verified email address, profile picture URL, and unique Google authentication ID. This is managed via Google Firebase Authentication. We never receive or store your Google account password.
• In-App Gameplay & Progression Data: Player XP, level milestones, virtual coin balances, mini-game scores, task and mission completion states, lucky wheel spins, daily streaks, referrals, promo code claims, and equipped profile cosmetics (avatars, banners, and badges).
• Device & Anti-Fraud Identifiers: Anonymous hardware device identifiers (such as Android ID / hardware device characteristics) and internet IP addresses. This information is strictly utilized to prevent automated bots, multiple account creation abuse, and enforce our One Account Per Physical Device fair play policy.
• Advertising Identifiers: The Google Advertising ID (AAID) processed by certified advertising SDKs (Google AdMob and Unity Ads) to serve contextual and interest-based ads according to Google Play policies.

2. Third-Party SDKs and Services

To provide cloud synchronization, crash diagnostics, performance monitoring, and ad-supported gameplay, AKY Rewards integrates trusted industry-standard SDKs:

• Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Performance Monitoring): Used for secure cloud login, encrypted database storage of player progress, crash reporting, and aggregate performance metrics. Data is processed securely on Google Cloud infrastructure.
• Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK): Used to deliver banner, interstitial, and voluntary rewarded video ads. AdMob uses the Google Advertising ID (AAID) in accordance with Google Play Developer policies to serve and measure ads.
• Unity Ads SDK: Used to display interactive rewarded video ads and interstitial mini-game ads. Unity Ads processes non-sensitive device characteristics to deliver reliable ad streams.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

• To initialize, authenticate, and synchronize your user account and gameplay statistics across app sessions.
• To manage virtual game progression, leaderboard rankings, achievement unlocks, and profile cosmetics.
• To detect, investigate, and prevent cheating, automated bot scripts, emulator hacking, or unauthorized referral manipulation.
• To display ad-supported gameplay, including voluntary rewarded ads that grant in-game attempts or virtual points.
• To diagnose technical crashes, monitor app performance, and improve user experience.
• To provide customer support and respond to user inquiries.

4. Virtual Coins, XP & Profile Cosmetics Policy

Coins and XP distributed within AKY Rewards are strictly virtual game points and progression metrics earned exclusively through free casual gameplay, mini-game challenges, daily streaks, missions, spin wheel, and optional rewarded videos.

• In-Game Utility Only: Virtual coins and XP exist solely within the application to track achievements, level up player profiles, and unlock in-game cosmetic customization items (such as avatar frames, badges, banners, and themes).
• Non-Transferable: Virtual items and progression metrics are bound to your user profile and cannot be traded, transferred between accounts, or exchanged outside the application.
• Sponsorship Disclosure: Google LLC, Google Play, Unity Technologies, and device manufacturers are not sponsors of, nor affiliated with, any in-game events, challenges, or virtual items within this application.

5. Account Deletion and Data Retention Rights

We fully respect your right to access, manage, and permanently delete your personal data at any time:

• Instant In-App Deletion: You can permanently delete your entire account directly inside the AKY Rewards mobile app at any time. Simply navigate to:
  Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
  Your profile, Google authentication credentials, coin balance, and active game history will be permanently deleted immediately.
• Web Deletion Request: You can also request account deletion online at any time by visiting our dedicated Account Deletion Page.
• Email Request: If you have uninstalled the app or prefer email assistance, you can email our official support team at AkyRewards@gmail.com from your registered Google email address with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process and permanently erase your account data within 7 business days.

6. Children's Privacy (Age Policy)

AKY Rewards is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that personal information from an individual under 18 has been collected, we will take immediate steps to delete that data from our servers.

7. Data Security and Encryption

All data transmitted between the AKY Rewards application and our backend systems is encrypted in transit using industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS / HTTPS). Our cloud databases are secured using Firebase Security Rules and strict access control mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect enhancements in our application or updates to Google Play Developer policies. Any modifications will be posted directly on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the application following the posting of updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
